Fairly clean hotel with helpful staff and lovely location not far from a good supermarket and plenty of restaurants, Banff national park and nice restaurant. Reasonably large rooms with a beautiful view, mini fridge, good stay! Plenty of amazing food.

Whole place was clean with delightful views; marvellous and decent location in a very beautiful area. The rooms were stylish and impressive, we really enjoyed them. A bathtub was bright and everything was great. It was surely a such wonderful stay for one night.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were kind of rude.

Spacious suite, with everything you need.
Some electrical appliances did not work properly and it was partly not completely clean.

One bedroom suite was comfortable, clean and had a nice view. Three large hot tubs outside were private and had a nice set up and scenery to take in.
One bedroom suite is ok for two people but would be a little crowed with anymore guests. Main doorways to each unit close very hard and are very loud in the morning especially when rooms are being cleaned. No towels available downstairs in spa area, had to go back upstairs to retreive some out of the room.

The equipment incl. kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
The bed linen was quite uncomfortable, but the staff tried everything to improve the sleeping comfort.

The unit was very spacious and nicely decorated. Was great to have a full kitchen. The restaurant had excellent food. The hot tubs were extremely clean and enjoyable. Everything was clean and tidy. It was a wonderful weekend away!
Can't really think of anything to mention.

Request extra washcloths upon arrival, as only two are provided. This helps if you need more during your stay.

The suite was very large, even a washing machine (dryer?) in its own room, sufficient cupboard space. No unnecessary room service with only 3 days stay. 15 min walk to Main Street (downtown), nice restaurants, also a brewery restaurant. Very good Japanese-Asian restaurant. Great mountain view, in spite of being situated directly next to the motorway, quite quite to the rear. Canmore is a much quieter and more relaxed town than Lake Louise.

Great. Super large suite. Great and modern furnishings. Underground car park. Very large kitchen. We were allowed to leave early because we didn't have good weather.
